Italian Serenade @ DUCTAC

The Italian Soprano Monica De Rosa McKay and the Dubai String Quartet will join together for an enchanting performance of Italian masterpieces. This prestigious event is under the auspices of the Consulate General of Italy in Dubai and in collaboration with the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE , and is in honour of the Italian National Day 2017.

A Doll’s House @ DUCTAC

An intriguing play in English is coming this week.  This adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s classic is set in The Middle East, using Arab actors speaking English. A Doll’s House is one of the most widely performed and popular plays ever written; a classic, found on nearly every school and university curriculum and translated into every major language.

The Lightning Seeds, The Farm and Toploader @ Irish Village

A dip in the past and the glorious Brit Pop of the ’90s. An all-night dance night with The Lightning Seeds, an independent rock band from Liverpool formed in 1989; everyone’ll remember the famous “You Showed me” and with The Farm, from Liverpool too and with Toploader, became famous for the beautiful cover by a song of King Harvest, ‘Dancing in the moonlight’.
