THE 10th EDITION OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE WORLD SUMMIT IN DUBAI

The 10th Italian Cuisine World Summit, presented in Dubai, will be under the auspices of the E.A.U. Italian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Dubai and the Italian Trade Agency (ICE).

The tenth edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit, organized by Itchefs-GVCI and recognized as the most important international event dedicated to Italian lifestyle and the excellence of its food & beverage, will kick off in Dubai this year at the exclusive Pavillion, located in the Armani Hotel.

The opening grand Gala will bring together the best of Michelin-starred Italian chefs, guests and others, to enjoy an evening of fine dining and an exclusive menu of specially-prepared dishes paired with a selection of the best Italian wines on the market. An important networking opportunity where hospitality professionals will be able to immerse themselves in an unforgettable culinary experience alongside great lovers of Italian cuisine.

And so this mega event, conceived and organized by Rosario Scarpato (The-I-Factor), will once again establish itself on the international food and wine scene as the unrivaled standard-bearer of Made in Italy.

4 editions in Hong Kong and 6 between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, plus 3 China Roadshows (Beijing, Shanghai and Changsha): each edition has involved over 200 Italian restaurants and 5-star hotels, 250 Master Guest Chefs and Hosting Chefs, both Italian and foreign (125 Michelin-starred), and 100 Cooking Classes for the public.

These are just a few of the impressive numbers regarding the previous nine editions of the Italian Cuisine World Summit, an event of global importance in which more than 500,000 people, as well as 720 partners and sponsors, have taken part over the years.
