What a superb Christmas Lunch I had at Sapori di BiCE City Walk: all Italian dishes prepared by Italian Master Chef Luca Zanchetti, bring me back the traditional Italian food taste and make me feeling at home.
Jumeirah City Walk’s much-loved casual chic dining destination, Sapori di BiCE prepares the Festive Season Menu’: Dine, Experience and Celebrate over our glorious menu from Sapori Chefs!!
As starter, “Insalata russa al pollo e tartufo” (vegetables mix with light mayonnaise and Tabasco dressing, mushrooms in oil, organic boiled egg infused with chicken and truffle).
Main course, “Cappelletti Duo” (Homemade Cappelletti pasta serve in two traditional style: in classic hen stock and in truffle cream cheese); “Crema di verdure al pomodoro e gamberi” (minestrone soup with tomato sauce, prawns); “Branzino in crosta di patate, olive tagiasche e menta” (seabass fillet in vegetable crust with black olive pasta and mint sauce); “Filetto di manzo in crema ai funghi e patate pressate”(beef tenderloin served on mushroom cream with mashed potatoes infused with herbs).
I completed the lunch with delicious desserts: “Tronchetto di Natale” (vanilla-chocolate rolls served with hazelnut ice
cream) and “Panettone Milano” (served with ice-cream, light cream and hot chocolate).
