There’s going to be a live band, daily visits form Santa between 5pm and 7pm, gingerbread house decorating, abra tours with the big man himself, cookie decorating sessions and plenty of festive food and drinks. Bring on the mulled grape.

Habtoor Palace
Habtoor Palace will be launching its Festive Garden on Thursday December 5, so mark your diaries now. The Festive Garden throws open its doors at 5pm, and there will be singing from the kids’ choir at Emirates International School Jumeirah from 6pm. The giant Christmas tree will be lit at 6.30pm, before Santa pays a visit to the special winter wonderland. Don’t forget to bring the little ones as there are loads of Christmas surprises too. Expect a mini train, crazy golf, a merry-go-round and even a snow fight zone. That’s not all, as there will also be gingerbread making classes if you have creative kids. Even pets are allowed so there’s no need to leave behind your four-legged family members. The Festive Garden will be open daily from 5pm, with Santa making a daily appearance at 6pm. There will be a live band singer every night from 7pm onwards.
The market runs all the way through until Tuesday December 24, so make sure you go along and enjoy it. Head down on the opening night for a free mince pie or glass of mulled grape, too.
