The 14th Dubai Jazz Festival will take place from 24th to 26th February 2016 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre
under the new theme, “A Unique Take on Music, Art and Lifestyle”.
Started in 2003 as a 3-day mainstream jazz festival selling 1,200 tickets for the 1st edition and since the 2nd edition, the numbers have doubled and tripled. In 2014, the festival attracted more than 60,000 attendees for the whole 9 days. And in 2015 the festival returned to its base in Dubai Media City with a 3 sold out nights attracting more than 35,000 music fans over the 3 nights.
Grammy Award-winning master trumpeter Chris Botti is the best and largest selling jazz instrumental artist in the 
U.S. today. Together with his virtuoso band, he will bring his superb musicianship for one night of can’t miss musical thrills, featuring the world-renowned British singer and songwriter Sting.
Multi-Grammy award winner and global guitar music icon SANTANA returns to Dubai in his worldwide “Luminosity Tour 2016”. His previous show in 2014 was an exceptional timely sell-out; and had witnessed a high level of audience interaction with an unexpected extension of the performance. Dubai was one of the selected cities worldwide for his tour next year bringing to the audience his creative and fiery fusion of Latin rock with blues, jazz and world music, and his vibes of love, harmony and positivity.
